I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Crews takes the time to explain the dental issue I’m confronting and the pros and cons of all my options. Understanding what’s happening and why has helped to lower my anxiety and I am always so pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Crews & team are the most Considerate patient clean its like I never left Dr Wesenfels whom i was with over 30yrs this says a lot because. I never thought He could be Replaced But thanks to Dr. Crewa/staff God willing im looking at 30 more yrs Happy Holidays. To Dr . Crews and Team!!❤🙏👍

Today was my 1st visit with Dr. Crews, and I'm happy I chose the right dentist. The initial assessment was thorough, and he summarized his findings and treatment plan for me in a way that I was able to easily understand. I am then scheduled to see the hygeinist next. Looking forward to it.

When I had a crown come out late at night, it was pretty disconcerting, but when I called to report a dental emergency, they were able to fit me into an appt the next morning at the Webster office. Dr. Crews was very reassuring, answering all my questions, and addressing my concerns. The crown was replaced quickly & professionally. All in all the best experience I could hope for. Thank you Crews Dental!

I needed a new dentist because my long time dentist wasn’t taking my insurance any longer. Dr. Crews’ team made the appointment and everyone has been incredibly kind.
Today I had a toothache and called to see if they could fit me in, and they did! I wasn’t sure, as a new patient, how flexible they could be but hey we’re fantastic. I highly recommend the team.

I am a retired physician who just moved to the St. Louis area. This was my first dental experience here and I was highly impressed. The office is very well appointed, though somewhat cramped. Every person from the personnel at the front desk, to the assistant who took me back to the room and Doctor Crews Himself were all quite personable, caring, and professional. I was highly impressed with the patient centered approach. Dr. Cruz was warm, very thorough and focused on me as a person. I came away Fully satisfied and looking forward to my dental journey with his guidance

Dr.Crews and the entire staff at Crews Dental get it. From the initial scheduling with Melissa in the front office, to Kathy in the front office following up to make sure all my new patient forms and previous dental x-rays were received and completed. To Rebecca my dental assistant making me feel comfortable, to the dental student being helpful and personable and finally to Dr.Crews who is a warm,empathetic and personable dentist who listens to your concerns and explains in great detail what he is doing beforehand. It all comes together in a package that I have not found in other STL dentist practices. Dr. Crews practice uses 3D imaging to make a detailed image of your entire mouth and also has T-scan(not many dentist have this in STL)which digitally measures and maps your bite occlusion. If you have a sensitive bite occlusion like I do then T-scan is the only way to go when needing an adjustment. I am thrilled with Crews Dental and know that I have found a dentist who uses data and technology to make informed decisions. I felt immediate real relief after my T-scan adjustment and I know that Dr.Crews and his team are the only dentist office I will look forward to visiting again in the St.Louis area.

I’m feeling very happy! My previous dentist passed away, and I was very overwhelmed considering the task of finding a new dentist. I took advice from a close friend, and tried Dr. Crews. Beginning with the very warm experience when scheduling my first appointment, to the appointment itself, every staff member and Dr. Crews were amazing! They took plenty of time to explain everything. We built a treatment plan on the spot. I’m very happy to be a new, no make that an established patient of Dr. Crews!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my visit to Crews Dental truly meant a lot. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen and cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr. Crews has such a calm, kind energy that instantly puts you at ease. It honestly felt more like catching up with someone you trust than a dental appointment. Weird to say a visit to the dentist was enjoyable but this was. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. Dr. Crews, and Dr. Spagler, were very personable and great to talk to. I was nervous when my previous dentist retired but my fears were all unfounded. Dont hesitate to make dr. Crews your go to dentist.

Our family has had an amazing experience at Crews Dental! From Taylor’s warm and welcoming voice when you call, to the wonderful dental hygienists Brittany and Erin, every interaction has been kind and professional.
One thing that really stood out was receiving a handwritten postcard from Dr. Crews welcoming our family. It was such a thoughtful personal touch that made us feel truly valued.
Dr. Spaulding is genuine, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell the entire team takes pride in providing excellent care while making patients feel comfortable.
The office is also very family-friendly. They have a baby changing table in the restroom and a reading corner of children’s tooth books! Also family photos of the staff throughout the office create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
I have been so impressed that I moved my entire family to Crews Dental, including my husband, my daughter, and even my mom! I highly recommend Crews Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that combines exceptional care with kindness and a personal touch!

I have pretty severe dental anxiety.. And today was the first time in a very long time (longer than I'd like to admit) that I've been in a dentist's chair... While I can't say I was completely comfortable x.x.. I *can* say that they got me in quickly and the entire staff I met today were incredibly patient, understanding and kind. Going back next week to start on my dental plan! And I'm not exactly excited for it.. but I'm not completely terrified either, which is a gigantic step! Thank you Crews Dental!
